*Temporary Gas Surcharge* Please be advised that quotes reflect current gas prices. Any temporary gas surcharge will be based on the current average gas price for Dare County, as reported by the Northeastern North Carolina AAA. At a price of $4.25 per gallon, a 5% surcharge may be applied for Kitty Hawk, Nags Head, and Manteo locations. Up to a 7% surcharge may apply for all Northern and Southern Outer Banks locations, such as Corolla and areas across the Marc Basnight Bridge, including Avon and Hatteras. Any applicable surcharges not reflected at the time of your quote will be communicated to you prior to your travel date. While we endeavor to maintain consistent pricing, current fuel volatility necessitates these measures to offset increased operating costs. Surcharges will be eliminated once gas prices normalize.

*Confirmed Reservations* Reservations are only valid and confirmed when accompanied with a signed Reservation Form and credit card to hold the booking. In the event you cancel your reservation after booking up until 12 hrs prior to pick up time, a $75 charge will be applied.

*Changes, Cancellations & Late Cancellations:* Any changes or cancellations must be made by calling us directly. These changes may not be sent by text or email. Customers who choose to cancel their reservation within 12 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a charge equivalent to 50% of the Total Fare. Any cancellation made less than 3 hours prior to pick-up time will be charged the full amount. While it is our hopes to accommodate late cancellations as "things happen" this policy is in place to account for the logistical preparations that have been made on our end. Any other Cancellations that are made once a reservation is booked will be charged an amount of $75.

*Flight Cancellations * In the event of a flight cancellation, customers are provided with the option to utilize the credited amount for rebooking their ride at a later time. This credit ensures that unforeseen flight disruptions do not lead to financial loss on your end.

*No-Show Reservations:* In situations where a reserved service is marked as a "No-Show," the card on file will be charged the full rate on Reservation Form plus 10% no show fee. This policy is designed to maintain fairness for both our customers and our operational schedule.

*Wait Times* Due to operational requirements, we provide a one-hour grace period from the original pickup time at no extra charge. After the first hour, a fee of $20 will be applied for every additional 30 minutes of waiting. Please note that if we have not received contact regarding a delay within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the booking will be marked as a "No-Show." We do monitor flight statuses and understand that you may be unable to communicate while in transit. If a flight delay is documented, we will wait for your arrival.

***Additional Information*** Any interior or exterior damage to vehicle caused by any passenger in your group will be the responsibility of the listed customer on your reservation form and will be charged with the card on file. GO2OBX Shuttle is not responsible for any passengers' expenses in the rare event of any mechanical failure. In cases of extreme weather conditions that impair safely navigating roads to fulfil the reservation, we will notify you by phone as soon as possible and will refund any payments made.
